The girls trip to Disneyland plus Jason

Everyone jumping for joy! Jessie and Jason took Carlie and Rylie to Disneyland last weekend. An 18 hour drive for 16 hours at Disneyland. They say that it was worth it. Thank you Jessie and Jason. To see more picture check out Jessie's blog here.

Suprise Surprise Surprise!

Geoff is home. He came home Friday night. Scott knew that he was coming, but didn't tell me. He got home around 10:00 Friday night. It is FUN to have him home.

Jessie and I had a baby shower to go to last week and Jessie came up with this idea to make burp cloths. We made up the pattern and enjoyed sewing them. They turned out cute and it was fun. The one side is very soft and should stay on the shoulder. This bag is a Amy Butler pattern.
The birdie sling. I made it to use when I travel. I always need a bigger bag for the plane to carry my books and Ensign. I have two trips planned in Oct. Scott and I are going to DISNEYLAND the first part of the month then on the twenty third I am going on my annually SISTER'S TRIP!!! We are going to Seattle. Should be fun.

I love the Foundry Grill at Sundance, so Scott and I went up for dinner last night. We don't go very often. I think I love the atmosphere more then the food, but last night I loved them both! We had a great time together. Good food, good company, good atmosphere, what more could I want?

Disneyland here they come!!

Jessie and Jason decided to go to Disneyland this weekend. So they invited Carlie and Rylie to come along. They left around 3:00 this afternoon, and are coming home on Sunday. One day at Disney. Sounds fun. (If you are young)

We are now on the countdown for Geoff to come home!! YEA! Geoff has been in Baltimore selling for Apex. This was his second year and it has been good. It was a good experiences for him. He is doing so good. We are all ready for him to come home. He has been gone for 6 months. He is a good son and we missed him soooooo much. We will party when he gets home.

Scott and I went to the cabin this weekend. We were going to go as a family, but the girls had back-to-school parties and Jessie and Jason had other things going . So dang :) it was just Scott and I that went. The weather was beautiful and we had a blast!!! We went on three long trial rides. ( A total of about 7 hours in the two days we were there). The smell of the pine trees were amazing. I love that smell. The colors were beautiful. Fall at the cabin is so much fun. We played games, ate breakfast on the deck, and watched the rest of Anne of Green Gables.

This weekend was a great time for us. We really enjoy each other. Scott is the best companion in the world for me. President Russell M Nelson said "Marriage brings greater possibilities for happiness than does any other human relationship. Marriage is sanctified when it is cherished and honored in holiness." Thank you Scott for a perfect weekend; next time I will win best out of three in Rummikub.

Brittany had her baby on September 11th!

One of Jessie's very best friend had her baby on Sept. 11th. How cool is that. She weighed
6lb 12oz . So cute. We love Brittany and Brandon. She will be a great mom.

Another Game

Carlie cheered at her 2nd game. We played Tooele. We won 40 to 0. Way to go OHS. Carlie enjoyed cheering at this game there were more parents in the stands. Carlie looked GREAT! She loved it.

Liahona Preparatory Academy is a private school for Pre-K through 12th grades, which provides core academic classes integrated with a Latter-day Saint gospel base.

School started two week late this year because the school was not done. My girls were so ready to get back. Because it is a private school they don't get to see there friends as much. This summer was busy and we didn't get together much with thier friends from the school. It was a great reunion for my girls.

Bethany, Tyson and Breta. We had our old neighbors over Friday night for a back yard pot luck dinner. Jessie grow up with those girls. Tyson was one of Geoff's best friends. All of these people we love, they played a important part in our life's. We lived in that neighborhood for 22 yrs. We miss them. It was great food, great weather, and great company.

Today was Carlie's first game that she cheered at. They were cute and fun to watch. Carlie was a little nervous. Orem lost and that is always a bummer. The girls that she cheers with are really nice. She is a cute cheerleader.

(It was kinda cool) I have never seen one before except on TV. Haily Kern used it to answer a boy for her homecoming date. I hope he likes it.

We had a great weekend at the Cabin. We always love the get away. We played lots for games and went on a few rides. We went to church on Sunday in Fairview. We had a great time with Jason's parents and grandparents. Life is good.
