Family is the best!

We went to Thanksgiving point to meet up with Barb, Ben, Amberly, Cami and their kids for lunch. We had a great time. Barb, Amberly and Ben came up for Dallan's graduation for the Utah University. Way to go Dallan. I am sure you and Cami are soooooo excited. Proud of you!

Cabin trip

Scott and I went to the cabin for a few days. We went on a 6hr 45 min ride all over the mountain. We went to several ponds and lakes. It was so fun to be in this beautiful world God made for us. Sometime it's great to get away.

Black Bean Salsa




1 can black beans
2 lg. tomatoes
½ purple onion
2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 ½ Cup white frozen corn
1 avocado
½ Cup cilantro
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon salt
½ Teaspoon pepper

Mix and serve
