We found this Tarantula on our drive way tonight. SICK!
(It was kinda cool) I have never seen one before except on TV. Haily Kern used it to answer a boy for her homecoming date. I hope he likes it.

If I found something like that on my driveway I'd stroke and die right there on the spot.....yuckety-yuck-yuck!
I hope that boy likes it too....I bet his mom won't! ;)
Great animals! Some find them creepy, but I love looking at them. They are very interesting animals, over the last few decades thorough studies has been done and helped men understand these creatures better. Over 850 species are knows around the world.
Only the genus Aphonopelma can be found in North America. It is mating season so you will see quite a few males wondering around.
I hope you released the little guy.
