Went to court today

I went to court today for my traffic ticket in Spanish Fork, 4th District Court for speeding in a school zone. Plead guilty. Sentencing is $200.00. Ouch. It was a very interesting experience. When you go to court you are with people who have the jail suits and handcuffs. People with DUI charges, and domestic violence charges, and theft charges, and drug charges. Very interesting. Moral of the story is don't speed in a school zone.

General Young Women Meeting

Went to the Young Women Meeting in the conference center in SLC. Carlie, Rylie and I went with the Young Women in our ward. What a great meeting! I loved all the talks on Virtue. I am so glad that they added this as another value for Personal Progress. What a blessing to be in the same room as the Prophet of the Lord. President Monson's talk was my favorite. His talk was on courage. Courage to do what is right. He asked us to have the courage to not judge others. He said "If you judge people, you leave no time to love them." "True love can alter human lives, and change human nature. " "Stand firm for the truth and righteousness." We must have courage!

Happy Birthday Judy

Judy and me.
Russell, Judy and Scott.
Judy and Russell
Sisters are the best. I have been blessed with the best sisters in the world. Judy is sweet, talented, faithful, hard working, and patient. She has taught me a lot. We are only 20 months about. Growing up she was my play mate. We moved a lot growing up and she was always there for me. Now we live so close and we talk everyday. We go on sister's trip each year and they are the best. We have so much fun. I love you so much and thanks for all you do for me. You are truly a great blessing in my life.

Sisters

God made us sisters, our hearts made us friends.
Love keeps us bonded thru thick and thru thin.

Being family gives permanent ties,
For which I am grateful to be in your life.

Though our paths may lead down separate roads,
God gave us each other to help with the load.

God had a great plan, As He always does.
Growing together was the best for us.

I can't imagine my life with out you.
Sisters are for keeps and forever true.

We got in the spirit and Carlie and Rylie wore these shirts.
Having fun before the dance.
All ready for the dance. Such cute girls. You are who your friends are. Carlie and Rylie have such good friends. In the Strength of Youth is says. "Choose your friends carefully. They will greatly influence how you think and act, and even help determine the person you will become. A true friend will encourage you to be your best self". They had a great time at the dance.

Happy 21st Birtday to my Stacy!!

My girls at the cabin Christmas 2008
Christmas 2008
Prom 2003

Stacy has been a big part of us for over 5 yrs. We love her. She is the most easy going fun loving person I know. She is a blessing in our lives. We wish her the best of everything. I hope she knows how special she is in this world.

My wish for Stacy

My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
your dreams stay big, your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
and while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish.

Sick about it!

Today I went to Spanish Fork to get Carlie's toes painted. (She is going on a cruise with her friend and her friend's family, lucky her) This lady in SF paints way cute toe nails for $10.00. So on the way home I got pulled over for speeding in a school zone... and I'm SICK about it. I didn't see the flashing lights. I would have slowed down if I would of known (duh). Now I have to go to court in Spanish Fork. I can't get over the sick feeling I have. I fell so bad.

So many great blessing! My life has truly be blessed by temple attendance I just hope I can express my self. SCARY! Wish me luck.

How cool is this?

This is a picture of Scott with Jill Hutchings Stubbs and her mother Sister Hutchings. We went to lunch last week at Sister Hutchings home. Jill was visiting from Calif. The Hutchings family is the wonderful family that interduced Scott to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. (about 35 years ago) Jill and Scott were good friends growing up. We had a wonderful time visiting. We laughed and even cried alittle. What a blessing missionary work is. How blessed am I that this family shared the Book of Mormon and the Gosphel with Scott. I will alway be forever grateful to this family. Thank you!
