Rylie dancing at the Restaurant

On June 11th Carlie Rylie and I went to Cuncun Mexico with Liahona. We went for a week. We had so much fun. We stayed in the Hilton on the beach. BEAUTIFUL! We had an amazing time. Racheal and Katelyn Williams went. The Williams were our next door neighbors for over 15 yr before we move to our new home.   We went with a lot of other great people. In the past when we have gone we did service in a Mayan Village. This time we just had fun. We went to a lot of ruins and some fun beaches. Pictures to come.

What do you do in Richfield for 4 days?

You look for the best place to eat. We went to this cute restaurant in Richfield. Pepperbelly's Mexican Restaurant. We went there twice. It was good. Not great but good. Katelyn Williams loved it. The chips and salsa were good. The decor was fun. All the old signs and other stuff. Richfield is pretty boring. Glad all my girls were there. We did play a lot of Ligretto (it's a way fun fast moving card game) in the lobby of th hotel with all the other Liahona fans.

Liahona Basketball State Championship

Wasatch Academy defeated Liahona 84-47
Nichols kept the Warriors in the game with near-perfect foul shooting and his ability to drive to the basket. His effort was relentless, as he also grabbed eight rebounds.

Jessie, Carlie, Rylie, Norah and I went to Richfield last week for the 1A State tournament. Jessie is the cheer couch of Liahona and Rylie cheers. Carlie and I just went to watch. Liahona did great. They took # 2 in state. That is pretty great since Liahona has only had three years of basket ball. This was our second year at state. We had a great time cheering on the warriors.

This awesome picture was taken by my daughter Jessie the photographer.

Liahona's big win!

There are those who believe in signs.
Then there are the Liahona Warriors.
Never mind that Wasatch Academy arrived boasting a 12-game winning streak and Liahona was still reeling from a three-point loss last Thursday.
Forget that Liahona had less than a month to recover from their last meeting with the Tigers, a 76-59 rout at Mt. Pleasant. Overlook the fact that the Warriors' leading scorer was mired in a slump, while the Tigers' main man was on a roll.
Ignore even the 'L' for Liahona and the 'W' in Wasatch Academy and any possible labels and conclusions found there.
Because that's exactly what the Warriors did Tuesday night in their 58-55 barn-burner win over the Tigers.
It was an exciting game and for Rylie a fun game to cheer at.

The red lip stick is killer.
Carlie made her mask. Copy this a picture off the internet.

I think she did a great job. They had a lot of fun.

Rylie and Liahona homecoming.

Rylie said yes to "Sammy boy" With these balloons. She had them delivered to his first period class and then the friends that delivered them, made him wear them the whole day at school or the answer would be no.
She looks beautiful!!

Liahona does not have a football team. So Liahona has their homecoming during basket ball season.
The dress she is wearing Jessie wore on a cruise. I cut it short and took the sleeves off that Jessie added on, and put different sleeves on. I think Rylie just wanted to get Gold sparkle Toms. Thats why she picked this dress. It was a masquerade ball.
