Halloween 2012
Norah enjoyed Tricker Treating for the first time. She saw a pretty princess. When you asked her what she was going to be for Halloween she would say "a dress" so cute. Clayton was a cute monkey. The weather was perfect for trick or treaters.

Halloween Warning....
Rylie and Lydia school nerds
Rylie is my last child in school. Her and Lydia were nerds. I can't believe Rylie is getting this old and I can't believe I am getting this old. She is so much fun.
Here is a great recipe for Black Licorice Caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 C sugar
1 1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. anise oil
3/4 tsp. black paste food color
Mix everything but the oil and color in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Cook and stir until firm ball stage until 236-238
Add anise oil and black coloring. Pour into buttered glass dish. Let cool,
then wrap in caramel wrappers.
I got this recipe from my friend Jackie's blog click here for more great recipes and a lot of other
great ideas and fun.
Happy Halloween!!!

Halloween with out me.
On Halloween, Jason and Jessie passed out candy at my house while my Scott took Rylie and her friends trick or treating. When they got back to the house, they dumped out their pillowcases and began the trading. McCall ended up with 53 Reeses peanut butter cups, and Katie collected Crunch bars. It was pretty incredible to see all their candy. Rylie and the gals were Newsies, and Noah was an army man. They were so cute!Carlie went out with a huge group, and she refused to let Jessie take her picture. She wore an OHS cheer uniform and looked great! I missed it all. I was still with my father in Calif. I am grateful for Jessie who took over for me. Scott who let me go and also took over the car pools and other things for me.
