What do you do on a snowy day?

It has been snowing ALL day long. I decided to stay home and put my Christmas stuff away, and bake bread. Yum fresh out of the oven nothing like it. Here is the recipe if you would like to try it so easy and yummy.

Light Cracked Wheat Bread

2 cups Warm Water
1 T. yeast
3/4 cup honey
1 stick melted butter
½ cup sour cream
1 egg
½ cup bulgar or
cracked wheat (cooked)
4 ½ cups bread flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 t. salt

Cook bulgar in 3/4 cup water
cook until water is gone.
Let sit until at room temp.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add honey, butter, sour cream
and egg. Mix together.
Add bulgar and mix. Slowly add flours and salt.
Knead for approximately 5 minutes.
(Low for 5 in kitchen aid) Place dough
on floured surface and cover with saran wrap.
Let double ( little over an hour)
Roll into shape and place in sprayed pans,
cover with saran wrap. Let rise until double.
Bake at 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
